The History of the Burnie boys
This may only be our first season, but we have come a long long way to get to where we are. What started with an idea back in February 2002 by myself and mr dodds, has developed into a team who have good players, fantastic strips and are part of the FCA community within the whitburn soccer school.
We have also began to gain interest for players parents to come along and help. It started as my Dad , James and Neil Dawson,(ians da!) and then Dougie Hamilton and more recently Allistair Charge. With bagpacking round the corner next week, we should be able to make plenty money to help buy trainin gear and look the part!
Hard Training!
The boys worked extremely hard during the summer in trainin and it is beggining to pay off! I would like to credit the players who turned up on the days we trained who put in hard work. Well Done!
The team train on Tuesdays at 6 and Fridays at 2 at the Blaeberry Parks and games can be at home at KGV park (shown above) or away from home on Sundays.
